Refund Policy

Viral Minner sells Starter, Creator, and Pro plans. Each plan includes credits used to mine videos.

1. Credits used on a finished mine

Credits already used on a mine that finished are not returned as cash.

2. A mine that fails after a charge

If a mine fails after credits were charged, those credits are returned to your account.

3. A payment problem

If a payment did not give you the plan you paid for, write to Viralminner@gmail.com or support@viralminner.com. Include the email you used to pay and the date of the payment. We will look at the payment and reply.
