1. License Agreement

Viral Minner grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your purchased tier (Starter, Creator, or Pro).

2. Use Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Viral Minner engine. The "Mines" (credits) are for your personal or business use and cannot be resold.

3. Limitation of Liability

Viral Minner is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any data loss or hardware issues arising from the use of the hardware-accelerated forge engine.
